As a Realtor there are many tools at my disposal to assist you in your search. The most powerful tool is the multiple listing service (MLS) system which most all Realtors and agents tend to utilize to list their properties for sale. This system allows you to find listings that match your desired criteria. As well I am able to provide you with Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports, letting us know what the last home sold for and coming to a good market value price for a potential new home. As always I am here to lend my knowledge of the area and be your resource through this process and after the fact as well.

There are also multiple Real Estate Magazines and print publications, such as The Real Estate Review, The Real Estate Book, Home Source, classified ads that offer options to peruse. Many of them also have websites you are able to surf as well. But nothing beats a Sunday Drive around. We do plan afternoon drives to preview neighborhoods etc if you are new to the area or unfamiliar with some of the growth destinations during our building boom.
